You’re invited to this free, introductory, hands-on experience (no tickets needed) of these powerful, breakthrough methods. Bring your issues and watch your experience change. This is your chance to take these methods for a “test drive.”

If you were at last year’s workshop in the same location, much has evolved. There are powerful new self-change methods: Lars’ ICE Method and Daimon’s Neural Reassignment. The Settings Model
The model that we acquire settings (like a thermostat) explains why change is hard. Why have you failed at changing over and over? What is in your way? Is there something wrong with you? (Hint: No)
Learn both why you must keep stretching your comfort zone (even a little bit) to keep your life from shrinking and how to do that easily and effectively in ways that make your life increasingly satisfying.
The Science of Rapid Change
New laboratory research demonstrates that if certain steps are followed, deeply meaningful change can happen quickly and permanently. A simple model explains why change has been so difficult until now, why your old reactions have been so persistent, and how to create these rapid changes. The methods you’ll learn on this weekend use these research results and bring in other elements that make them even more effective.
The ICE Method
You’ll learn the amazingly simple, yet profound ICE Method, created by Lars Clausen, author of Fibromyalgia Relief. Lars has successfully helped people reduce or eliminate the pain or distress of:
